When you submit a form on directhomeoffers.com and check one or both of the optional text-messaging consent boxes, you consent to receive the corresponding text messages from Direct Home Offers relating to your property and cash-offer request. Our program has two message types, each with its own separate consent checkbox: (1) follow-up and customer service messages, including follow-ups from our representatives, requests for property details or photos needed to prepare your offer, scheduling, and updates on the status of your offer; and (2) occasional check-in and update messages about your property options, sent only if you check the separate check-in/update consent box.
Consent is optional. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of requesting or receiving an offer. Consent is collected directly by Direct Home Offers through our own website form and applies only to our text messaging program.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Messages are delivered on a best-effort basis and may be affected by factors outside our control.
